The host was phenomenal and communication was amazing. The location was great, and the house was just what we needed. My only complaint would be that the floors were not clean. Walking around left our feet/socks black. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the rate couldn’t be beat!

This was a pleasant experience as our first time renting on vrbo. Loved the space and privacy. Simple design, had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Also loved the convenience because we were able to book last min for the dates we needed, so that was a plus. The pool experience was more so for the kids to enjoy, which they did.

The pool and yard was not cleaned prior. When i asked the host when the pool was cleaned i never got a response. All they said was they usually come wednsday. The pool guy came to clean while we we using the pool on Thursday around 3 pm ish. Lots of safety issues the backyard had a prior sun room that had nails sticking out of the frame that damaged are kids floating devices and the bottom frame lifting was a trip hazard. Pool walls had lots of cracks that also could scratch you or floating devices. Fireplace was completely exposed with no glass. There is an exposed outlet outside. Majority of the outlets inside need to be replaced everytime we wanted to charge our devices it took forever for the plug to stay in place. The wifi was bad it kept buffering. You cant touch the blinds without the rod falling the curtains are very thin and too much light comes in from the window. Bbq grills were not ready to be used they were dirty with pigeon poop ontop of it. Patio sofa chair was caved in they should just through that away. The walls are very thin. No bags were given for the trash. Sponges to wash dishes are not new they are being re-used. Mst bedroom attic cover was opened hopefully no one was up there 😱. I am not sure how this place was approved to be rented out.
