The property is nestled in a private, well-lit avenue with access via an automatic gate reserved strictly for residents and guests, ensuring maximum security. Guests have full use of the ground floor, which provides a safe and relaxing environment. The second floor is closed to guests and is used exclusively as storage for linens, towels, and essential supplies for the management of Villa Giovanna.

This is a well maintained large property (the rooms are much bigger that you might expect, with high ceiling's) everything worked. Large well maintained garden and a good size swimming pool, approximately 7 metres in length. Parking for maximum two cars inside the electronic gates, but this is a quiet safe cui di sac so more parking just outside. The owners are helpful, nice and very easy to get along with. For English only speakers their English is more than adequate. The father, Vicenzo, came every other day to clean and maintain the swimming pool, he also swept the paved areas. In summary we would be very happy to rent this property again.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this villa. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered plenty of space for our family to relax comfortably. The private pool was a highlight—clean, well-kept, and perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy.Vincenzo and Tony were outstanding—very responsive, welcoming, and attentive to every detail, which made our stay stress-free and enjoyable.Overall, this villa offered the perfect balance of comfort, luxury, and convenience. We left with great memories and would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

We received a fantastic welcome and both both Vincenzo and Tony were great. The house has everything you need and the pool area is a fantastic space to enjoy the sun. We rely enjoyed our stay and give the villa a big thumbs up.

Lovely pool nice open space inside needs up dating and quite a lot of maintenance door locks were tricky and ac in main area was poor 2nd shower was tiny so no adult would fit kitchen cupboards wete loose and in need of repair switches fell off walls very overlooked by neighbours also
