Welcome to Owl's Roost by Mountain Oasis, a cozy dog-friendly cabin in Ellijay, Georgia, tucked inside the beautiful Coosawattee River Resort. Perfect for couples, two couples, or a small family, this inviting one-level North Georgia cabin sleeps up to four guests and offers everything you need for a relaxing mountain getaway—including a covered hot tub, firepit, wood stove, peaceful wooded setting, and resort amenities.
Step inside and settle into the warm and comfortable living area, where the wood stove creates the perfect atmosphere for cool mountain evenings. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare everything from a quick breakfast before exploring Ellijay to a relaxed dinner at the cabin.
One of the highlights of Owl's Roost is the spacious covered porch. Start your morning with coffee surrounded by the quiet woods, enjoy an afternoon outside, or end the day soaking in the hot tub under the covered porch rain or shine. Down by the firepit, gather together beneath the trees for conversation, s'mores, and peaceful North Georgia evenings.
The comfortable one-level layout makes Owl's Roost an easy and relaxing place to stay. The king master suite includes a beautiful custom shower, while the additional bedroom provides comfortable accommodations for friends or family.

Located inside Coosawattee River Resort, guests can enjoy access to resort amenities while still being within easy reach of downtown Ellijay, local wineries, apple orchards, hiking, shopping, dining, and North Georgia attractions.

Guests staying at Coosawattee River resort Properties are welcome to use the community amenities at no additional cost to guests. Gests understand and agree that all rules of the resort providing the amenities will be adhered to. Guest also understands that Mountain Oasis is not responsible for any closures of any amenity during their stay regardless of the reason. None of our properties are within walking distance to the rec center and depending on location, could be a 2 minute to 15 minute drive.

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:

Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Keurig/drip combo, crock pot, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans.

Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-wash cloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat and air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, cable or satellite TV, internet, telephone for local calls and propane grill.

In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (2 rolls per bathroom), Paper Towels, (1 roll), Garbage Bags (2-3 bags) , Dishwasher Detergent (1-2 loads) Laundry Detergent (1 load), and Dish Washing Soap (mini bottle).

Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items.

The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

Required Fees (Cleaning, Processing and Damage Insurance and Gate Fees), 15% lodging tax added to all reservations

DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE CABIN ARE E-MAILED TO YOU 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL IF YOUR RESERVATION HAS BEEN UPDATED WITH YOUR GUEST LIST AND COPY OF YOUR DRIVER'S LICENSE. WE DO NOT ALLOW SAME DAY CHECK IN'S ON SATURDAYS OR SUNDAYS.

PLEASE NOTE: Last minute reservations (14 days prior to check in) will be required to check in at the Mountain Oasis office prior to 5pm, Mon-Fri unless previous arrangements are made in advance. Reservations made after 5pm for same day check in are NOT allowed.oasiscabinrentals.com
