We were so excited to find this gem of a property for our summer vacation. The house was just the perfect size, clean and equipped with all the essentials, including a golf cart and access to the Community pool in the neighborhood. The golf cart came in handy for getting back and forth to the beach (approximately a half mile from the house) and for checking out the 30A shops.Many thanks to our host, Eric, for helping to make our trip comfortable and a great experience. The communication provided was top notch.Looking forward to returning back to Inlet Beach.Best,Michelle Williams

We had the best vacation for a week at the beach! Eric couldn’t have been better with communication anytime we had a question! The house was just as the pictures show and in close distance to the beach and great distance to nearby restaurants! Anyone considering a stay here this house and host is great! The pool in the neighborhood was never crowded and all the surrounding homes had pleasant people as well!

Our girls graduated from College and wanted to celebrate in 30A. This house was perfect! Great location with a precious house! The style and cleanliness were outstanding!
