I was worried about this property not having a bathroom en suite, but the host and property manager made me feel better and made the stay amazing. The people and service were great, the cabin super cute and cozy and the location beautiful. The only drawback was that they charged me $5,ooo for the deposit, which was strange. But it then took over 2 weeks to get a refund. Usually the deposit is only taken if there was a problem during the stay.

The property listing needs clearer and more accurate details to set proper expectations. The provided address led us in circles to unrelated private properties, and it would help to note that the cabin is located at the very back of an RV park. The listing described it as a 2-bedroom, 1-bath with a sofa bed, but it is actually a studio setup with one bed and a sofa bed. The bathrooms are in a separate building and require quarters to use the showers.
This could be a nice stay for the right guest, but the listing should better describe the actual setup, location, and what to expect. After some back-and-forth communication, things were resolved, but it took more effort than anticipated. There are many other options in the area that may be a better fit depending on what you’re looking for.
