About this house rental
Beach Buoys is a relaxed, family-friendly coastal retreat designed for easy beachside living. With two large, north-facing covered decks, it’s the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, afternoon breezes, or evening BBQs all year round.
Inside, the home offers four comfortable bedrooms—two with queen beds and two with single beds. Linen is supplied and beds are made on arrival, so you can settle straight into holiday mode. There are two bathrooms, making it ideal for families or groups.
The fully screened home is well equipped for a comfortable stay, featuring ceiling fans throughout, a cozy fireplace for cooler evenings, and an outdoor shower—perfect after a day at the beach. Entertainment and convenience are covered with two TVs, DVD player, stereo, and a well-appointed kitchen including a dishwasher and microwave.
Step outside to enjoy the gas BBQ on the deck, or take advantage of practical amenities such as an automatic washing machine, dryer, and off-street parking.
Whether you’re planning a laid-back family holiday or a relaxed getaway with friends, Beach Buoys offers comfort, space, and the perfect setting to unwind by the coast.

* Pets allowed, outside only. No fencing but enclosed decks. No more than 2 dogs.
* If Wifi is offered it is a complimentary extra. As there is no charge, issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.
* To ensure the comfort of guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for ''Schoolies'' breaks/under 21 yrs groups.

* Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by our Terms and Conditions which can be viewed under the Guest Information tab on our website.
* This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.

our stay started with excellent service from Ray White and our stay at Seaspray was perfect and we enjoyed our stay. Sometimes what you see is not what you get,in this case that was certainly not the case
