The location of the apartment is privileged, located between Bordeaux and the Bassin d'Arcachon, near the various vineyards of Bordeaux, the area of Monsalut is less than 5 minutes from the apartment, it allows the discovery of the ponds and the walk in the forests of CESTAS.
The outbuilding is part of our house in a beautiful wooded area.
The apartment consists of a modern space, living room with sofa bed 2 places, flat screen TV 80cm, dining area, 1 table, 4 chairs, 1 sink equipped kitchen, 1 plate 2 fires, 1 micro multifunction wave, 1 coffee , 1 kettle, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet on the ground floor, the chamber is located on the floor, it is composed of a very comfortable double bed 140 * 190, desk and wardrobe.
Possibility of a baby bed linen.
WIFI internet access available.
Washing machine and dryer, griddle, shared barbecue
From the living room overlooking a wooded area, the environment is quiet.

We enjoyed our stay with Serge and Anne Marie. They made us feel very welcome. They spent a lot of time showing us the places of interest in the area and where to get groceries. We used Google translate to communicate, it was fabulous. We had everything we needed for a comfortable 3 days stay. To go into Bordeaux, we parked at the Cap Metiers Park and ride (12 mins away or you can use Bougnard Park and ride) and caught the Tram B into Bordeaux. You buy a 24 hour transit pass from the kiosk at the Tram station, then you get to ride transit all around Bordeaux and then you use the transit pass to pay for your parking. It's a win win. Less hassle than driving into Bordeaux.

The house was truly lovely, and was surrounded by a beautiful yard and pool. The hosts were very kind. Although they spoke no English, they were eager to make it work and it was fine. The full-sized bed was comfortable and quiet, and the shower worked well. It was very clean and bright.

Great hosts, made us feel like we were at home. Comfortable bed and beautiful pool that was appreciated on a hot day of exploring.
