The property was exactly as described. Great location, plenty of room for the 12 of us. The only problem that occurred was the washer/dryer did not work.

The apartment is in a nice area and close to everything. There are shops and restaurants near by. It was clean and everything was good except the bidets do not work. Other than that it was very nice. It was easy to communicate with the management also.

The property is well located and clean and the hosts are very responsive. The kitchen has everything you need if you wanted to prepare food. However, the beds are not comfortable, several of the bathrooms need repairs, the blankets on the beds are old, and the space generally feels a bit worn. In order to take a hot shower, you have to preheat the water for 20 minutes. You also cannot put any toilet paper into the toilets. None of this is mentioned in the listing. Also, the main staircase has a handrail for part of it, but not all of it. While the house has many beds and bedrooms, this space would not be suitable for small children or for older people or anyone with physical limitations. In addition, the rooftop is not at all as pictured. There was a table with a few cheap chairs and nothing else but some dead plants. As mentioned in other reviews, the access to the rooftop is VERY precarious. Overall, I would say this space is fine for a large group of young people or a couple of families with older kids, but could really do with some upgrades to justify the price.
