FLORENCE ITALY PERFECT STROZZI APARTMENT
Strozzi Florence apartment is located in the most upscale area of the historic center of Florence.
Via Tornabuoni, around the corner , lined with beautiful Renaissance buildings, is now filled with wonderful shops, luxury hotels and designer boutiques. Piazza della Repubblica is 2 blocks away and within a 10 minute walk, you will be at the Ponte Vecchio and famous Uffizi art museum.
Strozzi apartment is located on the third floor of a Renaissance building with elevator, off a gracious private hallway. This apartment is quiet, as it is located at the back of the building facing an internal courtyard and the surrounding renaissance style buildings. Your views provide a glimpse into the daily lives of Florentines who live and work in the historic center.
The living room adjoins to a sunny terrace facing the courtyard. While , not having an expansive view, the terrace provides a sunny, peaceful retreat in the center of Florence. The terrace is furnished with a table and 2 chairs. The living room sofa bed converts to two twin beds.
The French doors open onto the terrace adding light to the apartment.
There is an efficiency kitchen for preparing simple meals. When the doors to the kitchenette are closed it looks like an antique armoire in the corner of the living room. Kitchen has limited counter space.
The bedroom is comfortable with two twin beds which can be made up as a king upon request, and a set of double windows overlooking the internal courtyard. The dressing room area that leads from the bedroom to the bathroom has large, floor-to-ceiling storage closets and a full-length mirror.
The white-tiled bathroom has a good-sized shower, washing machine and French doors that open to a second small internal terrace which is perfect for hanging laundry.
The comfortable and conveniently located Florence Strozzi apartment offers an excellent historic location, modern conveniences, hard-to-find center of town quiet for sleeping, and a bevy of wonderful museums, cafés, tempting gourmet food purveyors, restaurants, and shopping at the building's doorstep.

For stays greater than 4 weeks, a €500 damage deposit is collected in cash on arrival. Utility costs will be deducted from the deposit.
Check in is 5pm-7pm, by appointment. NO CHECK IN AFTER 7pm, sorry no exceptions.
Children 0-17 allowed.

The location of the apartment is outstanding. There are dozens of restaurants, markets and shops within a 1 to 2 minute walk, and several of the major piazzas, the Duomo, and the Ponte Vecchio are within a 3 to 8 minute walk. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (3rd floor US) of an old residential building with elevator access. You do need to be able to climb 6 steps to reach the lift, but that was communicated in advance so it was not a surprise or a problem. The unit is realatvely spacious with a very compact kitchenette that is contained in a cabinet that closes and coceals it. The furnishings are okder, but fit the personality pf the place and are serviceable. The unit is owned by a charming couple who live in another apartment on the floor and who met with us to review the ins and outs of the unit, the building, and the area in general. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would absolutely recommend this apartment.

This place was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect, walking distance to shops and food. Mr. Franco met us when we checked in and gave us a tour of the place, he was nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this place if your staying in Florence!!
