This little cottage was charming. The place is very clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the AC works well. The ceiling fans in both bedrooms were nice. This home is a block from HEB. Very convenient!We had looked forward to enjoying the outdoor area in the backyard, but the overgrown grass/weeds kept us from doing that. However, there is a little front yard patio with table and chairs.This is the only property we have stayed at, in our 20 years of using VRBO, where there was no access to the utility room and the washer/ dryer that was there. We could see the washer and dryer through the glass panels on the door, but the door had a padlock on it. The description of amenities is correct,however, in that it doesn’t mention a washer and dryer. My oversight. Thankfully we didn’t need those amenities in our short stay, but for someone planning on washing clothing, etc. be sure to read the amenities carefully!

Nice clean property in a great location. Great communication throughout our one night stay. This house was perfect for two couples because of the two king bedrooms and two full bathrooms and nice hang out areas both indoors and outside. Would definitely stay here again!

First with the positive: The house was old but clean and well provisioned. Good accommodations for 2 couples. Both bedrooms had king beds that were very comfortable. Negatives: There was no internet connection. Therefore the Roku TV and our electronic devices could not connect with anything during our entire 4 day stay. We were on our own to attempt to reset the router and TV with no success. At one time we had problems with the electronic keypad on the entry door. Fortunately the owner was able to correct that problem. One other problem was the very slipery shower floors and the awkward location of the shower controls. Safety bars and mats would have helped. Overall, we would not recommend this location.
