About this house rental
Historic restored home in the heart of the Delano district. Home is literally steps from a wide variety of restaurants and bars! Base pricing is for 4 people, space can accommodate to 12 people intimately. Four queen beds, a queen pull out leather sofa, a twin day bed, a queen bean bag bed (for kids), and 2 twin air mattresses. Long term option is available at discounted rate. Off street parking. We welcome everyone professional/leisure. We respect our neighbors NO loud parties! Breakfast not provided.

The home we stayed in was very nice, plenty of space for our family. The outdoor space in back is welcoming. The host was very kind.The kitchen had all the dishes we needed for meals.

The house is very clean and very well kept. Would recommend handrails on the stairs for us old foggies.
