This home (Enchanted) on February Pointe has a Great location in Exuma. Views from the home are exceptional especially off the top floor balcony. Walking distance to Anchor Point Restaurant/ pool/ beach is about a 5 to 8 min walk. Beach chairs are only at Anchor Point. Restaurant at Anchor Point was excellent - we ate there twice in the 7 days we were there. We had an issue getting in this house right when we arrived but that was fixed promptly. House was spacious with options of indoor or outdoor eating. Kitchen fully stocked with utensils and cookware. Host was very courteous. Water pressure issue our last day but that was getting fixed. February Pointe was guarded with a person at the gate every time we drove in and out. Grocery store is about a 5 min drive from the house - I would not walk to the grocery store as the streets are not wide or even and it’s hard enough for cars to even pass by each other. There are not shoulders or walkways on the sides of the main streets in town. We rented a car to go around on the island which let us explore many beaches on both Great Exuma and Little Exuma. Dip pool in the back of the home was a bonus. Bed was comfortable and clean. There was plenty of space to stretch out in the home and not be in someone else’s space.

The view from the top floor balcony is amazing! House was very well furnished and stocked. Kitchen had everything we needed. Layout of the home is perfect for a family or 3 couples as all rooms have on suite baths. Rusty Anchor restaurant and bar in the neighborhood is great! There is a large pool there also at the beach club.

We loved our stay. House was spacious with stunning views. We loved the neighborhood! Easy walk to the beach, marina and club for dinner. Owner was very helpful navigating the check in and transportation from the airport. It was a perfect place To spend our Christmas vacation with our family of four.

What a fabulous location- stunning views. However, be prepared to stock with a lot of your own items and do a little cleaning. Otherwise, plenty of room for everyone.
