Step back in time to beautifully kept to Marshall Grove, where we've gathered since 1982 to celebrate holidays & enjoy time together. Located just 20 minutes from Keeneland & 5 minutes from Buffalo Trace, this house is perfect for those looking to explore the best of KY. My grandparents worked as distillers at Jim Beam for 40 years, & we're excited to share a space filled with family history, antiques, & plenty of room for your group. Your Central KY adventure awaits!

Nestled in a quite cul-de-sac, this charming home is centrally located and perfect for relaxation and convenience. We have a great relationship with our neighbors, so NO parties or Large Gatherings are permitted.
Guests will have access to all 3 floors of this home. The Garage and several closets are OFF Limits & NOT available for guest use.
STAY
Marshall Grove has plenty of room for your friends & family to gather while visiting historic Frankfort, Kentucky! This charming home is located in a quite neighborhood. With a large backyard, two decks, and a sunroom, there's ample outdoor space to relax or play. Inside, you'll find lots of space to be together, whether in the cozy living areas or around the large dining table for family meals. There's also a dedicated office and additional desks downstairs if you need to get some work done during your stay.
Our grandparents loved nature and being with family, and we're proud to share this special home with you. It's close to Cove Springs, perfect for nature lovers looking for nearby outdoor activities. Sorry, no pets.

We have an eat in kitchen table and dining table for all of your dining needs.
We are also within a short driving distance to local Downtown eateries and bars. Reach out to our team for some of our favorite recommendations. We provide a house manual at the property with additional local restaurants in Frankfort and surrounding Central KY.
SLEEP
This charming home has 3 bedrooms with 3 beds. All bedrooms offer a queen size bed. We do provide all linens for beds and a set of towels per guests.

Even though we are centrally located, we do recommend guests use their personal vehicle to get around Frankfort.

This is a large home, and was just right for three couples because it had three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It is in a convenient location to Buffalo Trace Distillery and Frankfort. It was clean and livable. However, the home is full of memorabilia and personal items of the previous owners who were the grandparents. It felt like they still lived there. Not what we have ever experienced before in a rental home. Upon arrival it took a half hour to get into the house because it was double locked and we had to communicate with rental agent to enter through garage. The front door sticks and makes a horrible noise when it opens. Beds did not have mattress pads and were hot sleeping because there were waterproof covers right under the sheets.The house appears to have been closed up for a long time and had stale air. We have stayed in numerous vacation homes and would suggest that the owner rethinks how to present this home in a better light.
