Important Construction Notice
Ramsgate Harbour has scheduled a necessary roof replacement project for Fall 2026. Work on our section of the property (Units 25–48) is currently scheduled for October 19 through December 11, 2026. Please note that construction schedules are subject to change due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
If work is taking place on our building during your stay, you can expect construction noise during normal working hours. Our unit will remain fully accessible throughout the project, but the Gulf-front balconies cannot be used while crews are actively working on the roof above our unit. Balconies may be used once work has concluded for the day.
We will continue to monitor the schedule and gladly provide guests with the most current information available prior to arrival.

• Guest Registration Required - Ramsgate Harbour requires that all rental guests register via an online system (Guest Services). Registration is $35 and includes one electronic parking permit. Each additional parking permit is $35. Note that the price for parking will increase to $40 beginning on 1/1/27.
• E-signed Rental Agreement required upon booking; a 3-day grace period for e-signature.
• Credit card payments: 2nd payment (due 60 days from stay) automatically collected.
• A $250 Security Deposit "Hold" will be placed on your card that is on file 5 days prior to arrival. Holds are released within 2 days of departure, often the same day.

The condo was beautifully decorated with all the conveniences of home. All of the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you needed to make meals. The beach was easily accessible with beach service for chairs. Even though it was spring break there was plenty of room on the beach to have fun in the sun and sand. The 2 porches were a great place to eat and relax while watching the waves. The owner was very quick to respond to any needs and easily accessible.

We had a wonderful stay! The unit is modern, clean, and being right on the beach was incredibly convenient for our family. Amber was a fantastic and very communicative and quick to answer all of our questions. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!
