Charming, historical, shabby chic condo in a great location. Price was very reasonable for the location. The condo offers tremendous value, particularly for travelers with larger parties. Beds and pillows were very comfortable (firm and plush), and bathrooms were clean, renovated and well stocked. Bring plenty of old socks if you stay here, since the historical wood flooring can be a little rough, and note that there are no elevators and a bit of walking to get from the parking lot to the condo.

Great place, we loved it! The host was clear with check in/out instructions and provided an amazing place to stay. The area is fantastic with coffee places, bars, grocery store, nail salons & more all within 5/10 min walk. We loved that we were close enough to Bourbon St for a night out but far enough to take a break on the quiet deck patio with a beautiful view of the bridge. It was perfect for our group of 4 and we had more than enough space. One side note - The stairs can be tricky with luggage or groceries. We didn’t mind but if stairs are an issue, the top unit may not be best. Thanks for having us! I would definitely recommend this place to someone visiting NOLA!

Host had good communication before the trip and everything about the entry to the location went smooth. The condo condition was nice and clean had the amenities that we needed. Clean-up rules were pretty easy and the location was just what we wanted.Would rent again.
