We personally inspect and prepare the condo between every stay to ensure it is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and ready for your arrival. Living nearby allows us to be available if you need anything during your stay.

This condo is amazing!
The location is great, Wailea Shops are nearby and there is about 15-minute walk to the beach. Parking at the beach is sometime a problem, so walking was a good option. The whole complex is beautifully kept, pool and a hot tub are clean and well maintained. There are many grilling stations equipped with good Weber bbqs.
This unit is so well equipped I was absolutely surprised, the kitchen has really everything including… the meat thermometer. Enough pots and plates, everything new and good quality. Beds are comfortable and really there was absolutely nothing to complain about. Clean, comfortable and very nice.

Everything was perfect: the whole complex was very well kept, convenient location and this unit itself.
There is a club house with a nice pool and a hot tub, everything well taken care of with lush greenery.
The condo was spotless clean, kitchen very well equipped with new and good quality items and appliances. Living room and bedrooms nice and very comfortable. Big lanai with a box containing beach equipment. There was also an iron and ironing board, hairdryer and even hair straightener for our convenience. Big thank you to our host Cara!

The condo was equipped with all of the essentials needed. The kids really enjoyed all the beach essentials. The condo was really clean and up to date with appliances. We enjoyed evenings on the lanai. Beautiful place! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay very much, and it was perfect for 2 couples. We were impressed with the kitchen and all the appliances, and the layout of the place. The BBQ was close and well kept by the Palms crew and the pool was wonderful, as always!Cara is a great host and an excellent communicator, we appreciated everything.
