These dates are approximate and may shift due to weather, construction progress, or changes to the contractor's schedule.
During affected dates, balcony access may be temporarily unavailable, and guests may experience construction noise, dust, workers, equipment, or other temporary impacts around the building. Scheduled construction hours are generally 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
Rates during the affected construction period have been significantly discounted to reflect the potential impact. Guests booking during these dates acknowledge the ongoing restoration project and understand that additional refunds or compensation will not be provided for disclosed construction-related noise, balcony restrictions, or schedule changes.

The condo was very clean and nice for a family. Property was very safe and close to the beach. Only down fall is there is no snack or tiki bar at the pool. You aren’t allowed to have food, drinks, or music(only if you have headphones/AirPods on) at the pool. Otherwise the resort is very nice and private. I would definitely stay again.

Great condo! Well stocked, beds were comfortable, place was clean. Could use a few updates (touch up paint on railings, kitchen, etc) but overall lovely. Host has a great checkout plan that allows you to ‘donate’ unused food so I thought that was really nice. Both bedrooms face the north side of the building so no ocean view.

The view was great from balcony! There were several things we encountered on our trip though, we noticed one of the outlets was not working in the master bedroom, the tv was hard to navigate and we lost tv for 2 days due to the service being down. The recliner did not recline. The oven took double the time to cook anything and it took an extremely long time to preheat, if you want to make pizzas, you’ll have to bring your own pans. The door to balcony is extremely hard to open and could use some cleaning. On our way home we were asked through email if we could explain why the back dresser leg was broken which we didn’t notice until the end of our stay when my brother went to pick clothes up off the floor, no one even used the dresser while we were there and then we were charged 15 for a rubber wristband that my son was required to wear if doing any amenities and it slid off in the water. Overall the Majestic Sun building was nice, with a restaurant down the road, there was also an ice cream shop at the place and a gift shop that was nice to buy essentials. I personally will not be bringing my family back to this specific condo but we would stay at Majestic Sun again.
