About this apartment rental
Welcome to a well-stocked, clean and comfortable front condo with a balcony facing the beach and overlooking the pool! This unit is surrounded by beautiful grounds with 2 pools (both are heated in colder months), and two jacuzzi tubs. This unit has one of the biggest balconies in the complex with an amazing view of the water. The beach is directly across the property!
PLEASE NOTE: The Victorian charges a $40 Facility Access Fee (good for up to 2 week stay) at the time of check-in covering on-site parking, Wi-Fi code access, and pool access.
This one bedroom, one bathroom unit sleeps up to 4 guests maximum, please. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and tv, and the recessed bunk beds in hallway are perfect for kids. The kitchen has a full sized refrigerator, efficiency 2-burner stove top, drip coffee maker, blender, griddle, and a mini oven and for easy meals in the condo or picnics on the beach.

**Generally: Check-in 3pm and check-out 11am
**25 years or older to rent
**MAX 4 guests
**No pets allowed per HOA
**Please keep bath towels in unit (BYO beach/pool towels)

The condo was as advertised. The property is not. The office has no idea what's going on. The buildings are falling apart everywhere you look. One of the pools is closed, they say for cleaning, but we were there for a week and no one cleaned a thing at the pool. The timer for the hot tub does not work and shuts down after a few minutes. The pool was warm one day and cold the next. Told the office and that guy and he was brain dead. But it was available to rent so happy bout that and really close to Walmart

Communication was great with the hostess and the check in process was very easy. Great location with the beach, shopping, and restaurants within walking distance. Traffic in the area can be pretty bad at times so being able to walk to places we needed was great. The condo is on the smaller side, pictures made it look a little bigger but that wasn’t an issue. The kitchen had the necessities. The building is older so there’s an odor inside the unit which threw us off guard. Cleaning wasn’t the best which is the only reason I rated it lower.
