This guest room features a king-size bed appointed with luxury linens, an antique fireplace (decorative only), and a private bath with locally made soaps and lotions. The Ratliff also has a screened in back porch to enjoy the Texas Hill Country evenings in a peaceful setting while winding down after a day of sight seeing or shopping. Relax in vintage farmhouse-style comfort just one block from historic downtown Llano, TX. Whatever your pleasure, you are sure to find plenty of activities and attractions nearby. Start your day in your own kitchenette with a small fridge and microwave, stocked with a light un-hosted breakfast. The grounds offer a beautiful lighted courtyard complete with a fire pit (guest to provide all fire making materials) and BBQ grill you can relax under the stars and the quiet of the Hill Country!

We loved this historic home stay. The breakfast bakery goods were such a special touch. Drinking coffee on the porch swings each morning was delightful, and the patio for evenings was perfect. We want to come back in the fall to sit around the fire pit! Location is great for enjoying Main Street breweries, restaurants, and shopping. Accommodations were great!
