About this apartment rental
This is my second home is peaceful and very spacious two level penthouse.
Includes
- Self check- in with keypad lock ( with a code you will privately receive )
- Third floor walk/up
- Three bedrooms with a/c
- AC for bedrooms only. Living room may be requested for additional $20.00 per day.
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Dining and living room areas with ocean view and ceiling fans(3)
- Game room with pool table ,television, living area and both ocean view and rainforest view.
- Wide open terrace with view of our National Rainforest - El Yunque and the Atlantic Ocean. Perfect for an outdoor breakfast. During the day it provides a peaceful ambiance for a nice suntan and some good reading. At evening, it is the best place for dinner under the stars.
Other conveniences are:
- Wireless internet access
- Washing and drying machine
- -Linens are included
- 2 Parking spaces inside the premises
- 1 gate beeper
- 1 beach gate key
This are second homes, if looking for tourist area with restaurants and bars walking distance then this place is not for you.
Located 30 minutes away from the San Juan International Airport, 40 minutes away from Old San Juan, 15 minutes away from the nearest Wall-Mart.
A rental car is highly recommended.

We loved staying at this location! Very close to the beach. We had a very relaxing time. Clean and neat. My teenagers loved the pool table. Great place to stay!

We had a fantastic girls vacation at this property. Suzanne was lovely and readily available when we had a question (which was once, the information provided was very clear and thorough). The location was excellent, easy to find using GPS, with ready access to SanJuan and other northern shore locations. LOVED the terrace, great in the morning and evening. The apartment was turn-key, well appointed for a vacation. End unit in the corner of the complex, thus nice and quiet, other than birds and dogs.End of May was warm and humid; it was great to have air conditioning ( we paid for the living area air conditioning and it was worth it) in addition to the ceiling fans. Beach and pool were less than one minute stroll from the apartment. Plenty of beach chairs and towels.Things to note: the hot water switch is by the dryer; the big brown table is fragile as the top is only resting on the base.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was bright and breezy and well equipped, with an ocean view and easy proximity to the pool area and beach.The beach was indeed private, probably just 3 families there at any given time, and no lifeguards. The sand was very soft, there was shade from the palms, the waves were thrilling for our 10 yr old at high tide, and calm for our 6 yr old at low tide. The water was clear the first day, and more murky due to a storm on the last day. We enjoyed sightings of chickens, dogs, horses, lizards and crabs. There were no seashells but we recommend a stop at nearby playa terraplan la posita de pinones for shells and fish sightings. The pools included a shallow wading pool, and two larger pools that ranged from 3.5-5 feet deep. You definitely want a rental car. We drove to the Yunque for a rainforest tour, Old San Juan, which was fantastic, to the mercado for snacks, and to many local restaurants for meals and ice cream. Many of the locals do not speak English, but there was usually one person that was available to help us with our orders. Despite the language barrier, we felt welcomed by all the locals. We were greeted while out and about, and we were even invited to sit in on a drum gathering one night!If we had more time I would’ve liked to try a charter boat to see the coral reef. We definitely hope to visit again, and will recommend this condo to friends!
