About this apartment rental
This elegant condo is furnished exquisitely in a traditional style with tropical overtones. In the center of The Crescent and on the third floor, its location allows for incredible views of the pool and garden area and the beautiful emerald water and white sand that makes the Gulf of Mexico so spectacular. With its cozy dining area, guests can access the balcony from both the living area and the master bedroom suite. The crisp white kitchen is fully equipped for easy and fun vacation meal preparation. This unit also features a Keurig coffee maker for guest enjoyment. The master bath has a Jacuzzi tub, separate walk-in shower, and double sinks. Both of the bedrooms and the living area have flat-panel TVs with DVD players, and there is a CD stereo system for your entertainment pleasure. With all of this, Crescent 307 is sure to have everything you need for an enjoyable vacation!

* Parking is first-come, first-served. There is no assigned parking. No Uhauls, trailers, boats, or jet skis are allowed on the Crescent property, and they will be towed at the owner's expense.

We thoroughly enjoyed this property! The condo was spacious and very well stocked. Our kids loved the large pool. Would 100% stay here again.

Best Condo!10/10Owners thought of every detail! Upon arrival there was all the essentials to get you started (toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, spices, soap, wipes to take off makeup, lots of jewelry holders for the ladies, trash bag, ziplock baggies, dawn dish soap, dryer sheets & a lovely snack bag with goodies in it). The cleaning crew did a great job of not only getting us in early at noon, but it smelled clean! The bed was very comfy in the master, teen boys slept in the queen but ended up sleeping separately and using the pull out couch bed (not the most comfy but what pull out is?) Tons of hangers in the closets, kitchen stocked, sharp knives & Tupperware.We were on 3rd floor, parking was never a problem, we went early June. They have a nice front desk where you can chat with someone from 9-5. I ended up forgetting something, placed an Amazon order and it comes to the attendant. The attendant also helped us get our wristbands. You need them around the pool area and to get back in from the ocean. The area is gated and kept very clean.Owners very easy to get in touch with and responded very quickly with questions ahead of time.The view was AMAZING. Ocean views from the master and living room were breath taking.There was 1 lounge chair and a table for 4 on the patio. We spent a lot of time out there watching the dolphins and huge waves we got this week.I would 100% return this condo. Thank you for welcoming us in for the memories!

My wife and I just enjoyed a wonderful week at the Crescent! Diane is a fantastic host and the condo has so many thoughtful touches that make it feel like home. We have stayed in many condos on the gulf coast, and this is easily the most well-stocked kitchen in terms of appliances, dishes and utensils. The master bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of towels and wash clothes in the bathrooms. The view is great from the balcony, and the pool is one of the nicest in the area. The staff are very friendly and the beach chairs and umbrella are convenient. We will be back as this condo has become our new favorite!

This condo has it all! Great view, steps to the beach, fully equipped, gated building…everything was great! We will definitely look to book here again!
