You’ll love my classic Tanzania themed rowhouse because It's a charming old house that sits up above the street with a beautiful private porch with gated entrance. Capitol hill is a wonderful thriving neighborhood which is close to so much! You can walk to Downtown, Broadway, Colfax and a number parks very quickly. Within this area is a great deal to do, you'll see in the pictures some of my favorite spots and all of them are within 10min walk of the house. Dettached garage comes with the house.

Stayed here for son's graduation in UC-Boulder. Overall, this place is worth the stay. Location was a mixed bag. It was very charming and cute. The house has curbside appeal. Great effort was taken to give this house character. My family felt very safe here. The value is unbeatable. However, when we arrived, the place had not been fully cleaned. It was ultimately properly cleaned. There is a garage that is extremely awesome, but half of the garage was full of stuff. The garage should welcoming. It should be clean and uncluttered. Lastly, the towel closet was dark and a bit of a mess. The towels were also dark. Towels should be while or a light color, so they feel clean. This is why hotel towels are white. Clean up the garage and the linen closet and you will have a winner! Yes, I would stay here again.

Our stay at the Arusha House in Denver was fantastic from start to finish. It was the perfect home base—whether we were heading out to explore local restaurants and shops or coming back to relax after a full day. The location made everything easy and enjoyable.The house itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, with thoughtful touches that made it feel welcoming and complete. Joshua was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and clearly dedicated to making sure everything was just right for us.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we’ll definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in Denver!
