Our vacation home is located in a rural setting, with a secluded beach which is one of the best kept secrets on the Big Island. Bright and clean with spacious, open floor plan, and large, fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy our lush tropical landscape, and seasonal local fruit, including pineapple.
We are located just 30 miles from the Kona Airport, 25 miles from downtown Kailua-Kona, and 70 miles from Volcanoes National Park, in the private community of “Kona Paradise”. Our Big Island vacation home is just steps from the neighborhood Pebble Beach where you can enjoy snorkeling, kayaking, diving, fishing, and whale watching.
Take a short drive to Honaunau for a world renowned snorkel or swim with the dolphins. Just 7 miles away is Ho'okena beach, where you can enjoy activities for the whole family. Snorkel gear, body boards, coolers, beach chairs, and beach towels are provided.

We loved the house. It came with all kinds of extras: beach supplies, kitchen spices and the little things you can’t pack but hate to buy for a short stay. It was a quiet, remote location but you did not feel isolated. I would suggest the host get another oscillating fan so that each bedroom has an extra fan, it gets quit warm during the day. We slept great at night; the fan helped with the noise of the frogs.

The views are stunning. The beds are comfortable and th kitchen was well stocked and convenient. This location is one of the most beautiful places we have stayed on the islands but, the road from the highway is not for the faint of heart. Paradise comes with a price of admission, for this slice of paradise it is the road in. Once you have made it, you will not regret the journey.

The view of the ocean beyond the three blocks to the beach were amazing. The sunsets, breathtaking.Authentic fans and screened windows created the atmosphere of living an true Hawaii way. on the steep lush volcanic mountain side we were lulled to sleep by the tree frogs.

The property is nice overall. The house is clean. The neighborhood is quiet. The road to and from it to the main road is extremely steep. At night time the heat was unbearable in the bedrooms. The property manager was thoughtful. The noisy frogs and bird was overwhelmed.
