About this house rental
Comfortable, ranch-style family home in a super convenient location. Across the street from Bristol Park, minutes to U of A and downtown, via Aviation Parkway. Only a 15 minute drive to Tucson Int'l airport. Our cherished Palace offers all the comforts of home with a huge backyard and swimming pool. (NOT heated- refreshing in the summertime, relaxing to sit around during the cooler months). Plenty of elbow room for 6 adults. One king bed, one queen bed and a queen-sized futon. We only ask that you treat our Palace like you would treat your own!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Sally was wonderful to deal with and very accommodating. Home away from home.

The house was comfortable, cute and clean. However the pool was I heated
And too cold to use which I would have appreciated knowing from the VRBO site.
Construction workers putting in the side walk in front of the house was super loud with jackhammers at 7 am;beyond control of the owner but again knowing this could have been a possibility would have changed our plans.
