About this house rental
The Cottage is a beautifully appointed facility with fire place, foxtel, CD player with large collection of CD's. Perfect for a couple wishing to spend a weekend or longer just enjoying the country landscape within the Scenic Rim or more actively engaging in watersports, horseriding, bush walking, mountain climbing, golf and so much more.
Located within a working beef cattle business of Dugandan Droughtmasters. There are horses and cattle grazing at all times in adjoining paddocks.
The Dugandan Pub is just 3 klms away for casual meals and a courtesy bus which for no charge will pick you up and drop you back should you decide to have a few drinks. Quality dining is available in town and at Austin House and at the nearby Karoomba Winery
A horse arena, round yard and horse paddocks are available for use by guests wishing to bring horses to the country for a change of scenery
Also available is sofa bed and stretchers or swag for an extra charge of $50 per couple which covers the laundering of extra linen & towels.

Beautiful location, and the cottage was so lovely and comfortable. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, and truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We had such a wonderful stay we didn’t want to leave and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Great stay, very clean. Fire pit was awesome. Good location and views. Our dog loved it to.

No welcome information pack. No info on local attractions etc. We had to work out how to do things - TV, coffee etc ourselves. No sugar on hand for the coffee.Very basic at a premium price.We had a leak in the toilet pipes, which the host attended promptly.
