Unit was clean, tidy and as described.However small items can and did take the shine off the stay.Kettle and coffee plunger supplied, along with a complete pack of coffee pods.Asked the owner where is the pod machine, "previous occupier must have left them". Odd because a pod machine instruction manual was in the draw.Then empty salt shaker ( no pepper) and an empty sugar container were located.Answered with - oh those keep disappearing. No apologies nor effort to have them replaced. Commented - well I don't live local and can't be expected to amend. Despite the use of a local cleaning contractor that could be engaged to check and refill supplies.Also commented - this unit is "self contained" but also commented that basic supply of tea, coffee and sugar should have been there as a starter for convenience. Yet there wasn't any and no apology and no effort to amend.Dishwasher was faulty and did not work, reported that and was informed a tech might be able to be on-site but unfortunately not until stay was completed.Must have been faulty for awhile because a fresh d/w tablet in the washer and obviously previous tennant had the same issue.Washing machine present but not enough powder to wash more than a couple of socks.Reported that - had a win there... but go and buy some, copy me the recipt and I'll reimburse you.Yes this is a gripe but for nearly 2k for a week stay. These cumulative issues were frustrating and for not alot of money could have been fixed.

Convenient location as a base to explore Cable Beach. Had most things we needed. Space enough for 4 adults. Glad we hired a car to explore rest of Broome and surrounds but easy 10 minute walk to Cable Beach, and coffee and dinner options.

Close to general store, Divers tavern and cable beach. Easy parking.

Property was surface clean, food scraps between the lounge cushions and in Kitchen cupboards & draws. Towels thread bare & stained Most items in the property mismatched, old & a little shabby. Have previously stayed in one of the ‘resort managed’ properties at same location which seems to be of a higher standard. Location is great though, suited for families rather than a couples getaway as the pool is often full of screeching children.
