We loved the property! Just so you know, the ceiling fan in the back room with 2 queens didn't work. And the one in the King made noise intermittently. We bought ice and toilet paper because there wasn't enough. Also, the trees coming in to the driveway need trimming. Scratched my car so I parked on the street and unfortunately was hit in the night.

The house is cute. The kitchen seems to have most things you would need, although we didn't cook (though apparently the stove lighter doesn't work, so you have to use a lighter/match). The main concern was that the family room seating was limited and certainly not comfortable. There is one couch and then several chairs that are very uncomfortable (two of the four are basically just for decor). So our group of five was never comfortable sitting in the family room talking. Another main concern was the linen - there were not enough towels (for 5 of us) to use more than one over our 4 day stay and no pillowcases for the extra pillows (we found additional sheets, but no cases). The beds were quite comfortable. The house could generally use some updating. The sink sprays water and the showerheads have calcification and need to be cleaned (they sprayed unevenly). The toilet was also slightly dirty when we arrived. The location of the house was good. When we arrived we noticed there was no Keurig (though it was shown in the pictures) and there are plenty of pods to use. I contacted the management to ask where the Keurig was and didn't receive a reply for 4-5 hours. Turns out it is no longer there. Once we did get a reply it was abrupt and didn't make sense (misspelling). We went ahead and bought coffee, which was fine. Just wish we would have known beforehand (and that the management company was more responsive).
