Our family had an amazing stay at this beautiful property in June. Everything was absolutely perfect—the house itself, the stunning views, and the peaceful surroundings. The house has everything you could possibly need and is very well-ventilated, so it felt fresh and comfortable even during the hot days.Giorgio, the owner, was an exceptional host. He was incredibly helpful and quick to respond if we needed anything, and he gave us fantastic recommendations for local spots and food. It was a truly unique experience to stay here. We had a wonderful stay. The house, the view, and the surroundings are beautiful. The only downside was that the pool was chlorinated and not saltwater, as described in the listing.A stay here is highly recommended.

Beautiful traditional family house. Amazing views. Lovely pool. I swam most days. Peaceful setting that we did not want to leave. Stayed for a month!. Giorgio and his sister were very helpful. Well stocked kitchen. We fell in love with Poggio Mirteto town. We had lovely walks, visited hill towns . Enjoyed Marmore falls and Narni in particular.. Easy access to train station in 20 minutes. Umberto on hand next door if there is a problem. Bliss....

The property was amazing the pool was big and we had lots of fun there the owners were so helpful and friendly the local town was close and had everything you need restaurants and local shoes etc. the views were superb Rome is only an hour drive perfect place we will be returning at some point thankyou
