The Space:

Welcome to a stylish retreat in Caves Ridge Private Estate, where comfort meets coastal charm. Relax in the inviting living area, where leather sofas, a fireplace, and serene treetop views create the perfect space to enjoy your favourite TV shows. Head downstairs to the second living room featuring an L-shaped sofa, TV, DVD and stereo—a perfect hideaway for late-night movies.



Prepare gourmet meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, featuring sleek dark cabinetry, an oven, a coffee maker, and a spacious bench with bar seating for casual bites. Savour intimate dinners at the wooden table with seating for eight. Step outside onto the expansive deck, wrap up in a blanket with a glass of Cabernet wine or fire up the BBQ for a sizzling feast at the outdoor dining table.



Escape to the upstairs retreat, where a king primary suite and an elegant queen bedroom promise a restful night with calming leafy views. In the primary suite, unwind on the window bench after indulging in the ensuite featuring an oval step-up spa bath and shower. A separate toilet with a wash basin adds extra convenience to this level. Downstairs, recharge in the third queen bedroom or settle into the fourth, featuring a queen bed and a double bunk—perfect for kids or friends. Freshen up in the downstairs bathroom with a shower and separate toilet before heading out for a sun-filled beach day.



Keep beach towels fresh with a washer and dryer. Enjoy year-round comfort with reverse-cycle air conditioning, and arrive stress-free with free on-site parking. A starter pack of wood is provided during the winter months only (June – August). This includes kindling, firelighters, matches, and wood. Axes are not supplied due to safety reasons. Additional wood may be purchased from a nearby fuel station or hardware store.



Guest Access:

Explore the best of Yallingup, where dining, beaches and top attractions are just minutes away. Walk five minutes to the General Store and Café for a morning coffee or a hearty burger. Enjoy a laid-back lunch in the beer garden at nearby Caves House. Drive two minutes to Torpedo Rocks for a peaceful fishing spot with ocean views. In just four minutes, reach Lagoon Yallingup for fresh seafood before sinking your toes into the white sands of Yallingup Beach. Venture inland to Ngilgi Cave, just four minutes away, and admire its colourful rock formations, stalactites, and stalagmites. For wine lovers, Cape Naturaliste Vineyard is only a five-minute drive, offering tastings of premium local wines.
