About this apartment rental
Beautiful view of Lake Garda, a stone's throw from the center of Salò. Comfortable apartment complete with all services. Well furnished three-room apartment with spacious living room and terraces with lake view, n. 2 bedrooms with lake view and spacious / comfortable beds, large bathroom with shower and washing machine, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave oven, fridge, and various appliances. Access to the private beach a few meters from the house. Total relaxation on Lake Garda.

This property is a great option vs. staying in the center of Salo, especially if you prefer an apartment to a hotel. It has excellent views of the lake and Salo across the narrow bay, a large balcony, modern kitchen, washing machine and updated bathroom. While there is a busy road in front of it, the traffic was not noticeable at night while sleeping. I would suggest that the owner consider some improvements, however.Parking is quite difficult for the apartment. It is located on a very narrow lane with 4-5 spaces to park on the right side. If those are full, you have to park elsewhere - there were about 8 spaces down the street about 200 meters, which we used on occasion. Supposedly there is a garage space under the apartment building, but I honestly cannot imagine how anyone can get a car of any size into (and back out of) it. A motorcycle would be the only option. The owner needs to provide better information about this.The owner also needs to upgrade the bedroom mattress. It definitely sags in the middle, so much so that I slept on the (very large, wide, comfortable) sofa in the living room after our first night. The owner also needs to replace the bathroom towels (old & rough) and furniture on the balcony (old & uncomfortable). The kitchen could really benefit from a modern coffee maker too - the tiny Moka pot was inadequate for more than 1 person.But again, overall this is a good option for staying in the lovely Salo/San Felice area.

The communication with host was good. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, with a great view of Lake Garda. Parking garage was tricky but nice to have. Just a note, the apartment next door is under renovation, but it was quiet at night. The photos on the listing are accurate.

Check-in was very smooth, and we were even able to arrive earlier than planned. Lyia is a wonderful host – kind, communicative, and always quick to reply. The apartment has a warm, welcoming atmosphere and is very well equipped. The view from the spacious terrace is absolutely stunning. A small tip for future guests: when parking in the garage, it’s easier to back in.
