which is close to the beach in the Nordhelmsiedlung and extends over two floors.

The apartment has a kitchen, shower / toilet and 2 separate bedrooms,
each with a double bed and a washing facility.

In the kitchen there is a dining table with 4 chairs, a sofa, an armchair and a TV
and a kitchenette with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine,
Kettle and enough dishes and cutlery.
