At the heart of the golden triangle of Sables d'Olonne (200 m from the beach embankment, close to the shops, 800 m from the station), enjoy holiday 'while walking' in a sunny house, quiet an impasse. Newly renovated house, all comfort up to 8 people with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, 2 toilets, a large living room with kitchen, a pleasant terrace and courtyard with garden furniture.
The house has a wood stove, dishwasher, microwave, oven, gas barbecue for your plancha, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster. Available adult bicycle, cot.
Note: the spiral staircase for mounting on the floor is narrow.

The house is large and located in a quiet area. The furnishings are good and everything you need is there. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away. One bedroom has a wonderful balcony that gets sun until the afternoon.
I really enjoyed my stay!
Upon arrival, I had to pay an additional 50 euros for final cleaning and 20 euros per person for towels and bed linen. Unfortunately, I couldn't find this information in the listing on the booking portal.

Very good holiday house. The spiral staircase was challenging. Cool interior during the heatwave we experienced.
