Two bedroom, two bathroom suite. One bedroom upstairs with one King bed, private bathroom with tub/shower, closet & 55 in smart TV. The upstairs also has a full kitchen, living room with flat screen smart TV. Front and back balconies. One bedroom and living room downstairs with washer and dryer. This place really couldn’t be in a more beautiful spot. You have amazing red rock views, and you’re right by the Ivins Reservoir. The property is spacious, light, and full of windows. There is even a rooftop patio. Our only noteworthy complaint was that the furniture wasn’t very comfortable. It is fine to sit on for short periods of time, but it seems more like outdoor furniture. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This property is in Kayenta, a glorious desert setting which is quiet and very dark at night for star viewing. Beds are comfortable, kitchen equipment was sparse but we just filled in what we needed for the month. The three beds afforded us the chance to have a sibling reunion for a couple of days. Everyone was happy and enjoyed their stay.
