Pros: A bit above the town of Terlan, the house is surrounded by vineyards and is a real magical place to be in.
The Kitchen and showers are newly renovated with best in class amnesties. There is everything you need for a short or longer stay.
Supermarket, bakery and a wonderful gelateria are available in the town.
Orsula is a great host, easy to communicate with and helped us with any request.
Cons: Internet was a bit on the slow side, but worked properly.

The house is new , everything is new but because the house is in the middle of too many trees and is near farms it cause lot of insects to come in the house .The window needs to be shut at night due to all the instructs , it gets very hot and there’s no fan in the house .The landlady if very helpful and helped us a lot but at the end she asked me to pay a municipal tax of 12 euros cash when alll the taxes had been payed and then after she asked for my personal documents .The WiFi barely works only on one bit of the house .This was my Experiance .
