Come experience the breathtaking sunsets in this lovely Bayfront home, only two blocks from 25th street Beach in Ship Bottom. Magnificent bay views on two sides, feels like boat living. Four bedrooms total. 3 Bedrooms upstairs, 1 lower on ground level) 3 Full Baths, (two up, one down), open living room, kitchen, dining room overlooking large deck, on the upper level with fully electric large retractable awning. Lower Bar/Rec room, bedroom, exercise equipment, foos ball table in room with sliding doors that open to rear lower deck, hot tub and bay views. Also on lower level, laundry room with extra full bathroom and large bathroom Long dock, great for fishing and crabbing; boat slip INCLUDED! House sleeps 8 in four bedrooms and one sofa bed in upstairs living room. Walking distance to fishing pier, marina, boat rentals, restaurants, mini golf, and all the best of what Ship Bottom has to offer. Swim. Stand up paddle board, kayak and beach badges provided for your enjoyment.
Owner has garage storage space with separate entrance, on the ground level which may be accessed on occasion by owner.

Great location! This house was perfect for our family vacation. Very comfortable and included everything you would want for a beach vacation. The only drawback was the strong mildewy smell in the lower level which got into our linens and clothes. Hopefully the owners will look into remediation.

We stayed for a second summer in a row and had another wonderful trip. The owners are extremely nice and attentive and the home is in the perfect location right on the bay. Our family loves it here!

First off, I will say the deck and views are wonderful. The living area and kitchen are large and comfortable and well- thought out. The master bedroom is huge and the queen bedroom is great as well. The small bunk room is very small but the photos on the listing are accurate. Our biggest issues revolve around the basement living area and the lack of AC. I asked on message if the basement living area would be available and the host said yes. I followed up asking if it’s appropriate for a baby as I have an 11 month old. No response. I saw the picture of the basement bedroom and it looked relatively put together. We were a group of 6 adult individuals plus baby so rooms were accounted for before traveling. Getting to the basement apartment was via a dark, spiral staircase borderline dangerous while holding a baby. We were shocked seeing the basement area. Immediately we noticed a musty, moldy, earthy smell which is NOT safe especially for a baby. The little bar seating area was nice but the rest of the space was cold, dark, and not pleasant at all. We were left having to squeeze ourselves upstairs with a baby while making our group figure out where to sleep. Additionally, we noticed the last day the AC unit condenser never actually turns on the entire weekend so nights in the rooms were 73-75 degrees. A blind in the queen room was broken so the room was extremely bright at 5am. I think if the posting was more accurate regarding the basement, my group would have been happy.

We enjoyed our stay at the Ship Bottom House. We loved the kitchen, the view of the bay and the close proximity to the beach most of all. The place was clean and provided everything we needed for a relaxing and fun girl's getaway. The hot tub was the icing on the cake. Highly recommend.Lisa, Moni, Kimmy & Krissy
