Just a few hundred meters from the natural beach of Punta Molara, the Nido holiday apartment is set within a residence in a peaceful location surrounded by Sardinian greenery. This ground-floor studio features a bedroom with a fully equipped kitchenette, a double bed, and a bathroom, making it ideal for 2 guests. The apartment offers Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and cable TV. Outside, you'll find a private garden with a small octagonal veranda, barbecue, and natural shade—perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing by the shared pool.
We've recently upgraded the air conditioning system to ensure optimal comfort throughout your stay.
Punta Molara beach is about 600 meters away. Cala Ginepro is 600 meters, Cala Girgolu is 3.5 km, and the beaches of Brandinchi, Lu Impostu, and Porto Taverna are 5 km away. The center of San Teodoro (9 km) offers bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and lively nightlife.
Bed linen, towels, air conditioning, and final cleaning are available for an extra fee. Included in your stay: unlimited Wi-Fi, water, cooking gas, and a private parking space. Car or motorbike use is recommended. Pets are not allowed in the residences. Wi-Fi signal is optimal outdoors, but may be weaker indoors.
Electricity consumption is the guest's responsibility and is mandatory. The amount is specified in the booking conditions and must be paid at check-in through the booking platform.

Pros: It was comfortable, tidy and clean, and the host very friendly. The location is really nice, quiet and calm and not far from a small beautiful beach (10 minutes walking). The swimming pool is a plus! But I recommend to have a car to arrive and go to the nearest commerce. You can also reach other beautiful beaches by 10 -15 minutes car distance.

Pros: Beautiful architectur of the house , pool area and garden. The appartement is beautiful charming italian style. The owner is very friendly and uncomplicated.
Cons: The appartement needs a new bed that is a bit higher and more confortable also the kitchen needs a update (plates, glasses, etc.) are a bit oldschool.
But all in all it is a besutiful appartment for this price

Pros: Die lage des Hauses war nur mit einem Auto zu erreichen, daher empfehlen wir ein Auto über RecordGo zu mieten. Der Pool war sehr schön und die Aufsicht auf das Meer auch. Das Meer ist in 10 Minuten zu fuß erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist super lieb und hilfsbereit.
