About this house rental
*SPECIAL 40% off weekly rentals* Beautifully landscaped fully furnished home, with 4 bedrooms, 2 indoor bathrooms, 2 living areas, 4 balconies, and a cargo lift. We are located in the middle of Bolivar Peninsula, beach side, in an area referred to as “shark’s tooth alley”. We are not in the busiest/craziest part of the beach but more in the family oriented part.
Fabulous views of both the sunrise and sunset from 1st floor deck, two 2nd floor balconies, and 3rd floor widow's walk. Fully loaded kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, and coffee pot. Central air, 3 TVs, washer/dryer and optic internet.
Special Features--extra parking, ground level hang-out with a hot tub, 3 picnic tables and outdoor bath beneath house, both propane & charcoal BBQ pits and an outdoor heater.
Easy access to the beach 100 yards away. Has all the amenities of home. The house is ready for you upon arrival with beds made. Come in and stay awhile!

We at a great time here!! Cheryl let us rent at the very last minute after another property canceled on us. She always responded right away and we had no issues! Great location , walking distance to the beach and close to the stores. House was so cute, had plenty of room, and included all the essentials. The hot tub was also a nice bonus! I highly recommend this beach cabin!

Our stay was very pleasant. Close to conveniences. Short walk to beach. Great views from all levels. Hot tub and outdoor grilling were nice. Lift made it possible for our family member in wheelchair to join us. Good value. Would recommend for extended families.

Welcoming to pets. There were pets all over the beach and neighborhood. Great house design with master downstairs that worked well for my elderly parents; jack and jill upstairs with shared bathroom; third story two beds. A balcony on each level to sit with a beautiful view of the ocean. There is also a lift to help move in on arrival and out on departure. Enough room for 3 parked cars and a fourth can be squeezed in behind them. Location is fantastic beach-wise as it’s at marker 99 and the road is a legit beach entry. Also close enough to take our dog down the street and right on to the beach if desired. Plenty of utensils and cookware, even some food storage containers. Some basic seasonings also.There is a hot tub downstairs with an adjoining bathroom, shower area, dressing room. There is a utility room with fishing poles, propane boiler sets. You could literally buy or fish and slap it right on the grill or use the cookout. Location also great for supermarket acccess, gasoline and car wash access, and several bars/restaurants within 3 miles or so drive. It’s about 15 miles to the ferry if you want to go into Galveston. Overall worked out very well for us.
