About this apartment rental

Second floor 2 bedroom! The apartment is very spacious and open. Bring the family to enjoy the indoor electric fireplace, open kitchen, and outdoor patio. Apartment features a full kitchen with all amenities, Kurig, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and the other with a twin bed. 10 minutes from downtown Portsmouth and Hampton Beach, and close to the NH Mountains.

This was a long weekend get away and a meet up with other family members who also came from out of state. The unit was immaculately clean and held everything one would need for a short or extended stay. It was off the beaten trail, perfect for what we needed, and provided a nice quiet respite out of the fray of the boardwalk area where the rest of the family stayed. However, the distances to beaches and other attractions was short and easy to access. Excellent communication with the host from the time we booked to the time we arrived. Highly recommend. Thanks, John for an amazing visit to one of our favorite areas.

Cute little place. Did reach out to the property manager to let him know that the light in the Kitchen and Master Bedroom were flickering a lot. And the response that I received was thanks for letting me know. We couldn't even keep them on.

We stayed while in the area for a wedding. Furnishings were a bit different than what’s pictured but all was in good taste and comparable. Comfortable beds. The building was very quiet and private. We found everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the host went out of his way to accommodate our schedules. The area is beautiful and a short distance from scenic beaches and Portsmouth. Would gladly stay again.
