Throughout your stay, you'll appreciate the essential amenities, including a well-appointed bathroom, plush towels, and basic toiletries. Stay connected with the complimentary Wi-Fi, and keep your clothes fresh with the provided iron and ironing board. With air conditioning, heating, and linens, you'll enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay. Secure parking is also available, making it easy to come and go as you please. 1) Pool and Spa are not heated . The pool is cleaned every Tuesday or Wednesday , however due to wind and rain, the pool can have some debris .
2) Our nightly rate includes the first 8 guests. With each additional guest, a $35/night fee will be applied. When number of guests are input in the booking request, the accurate rent quote is provided before the reservation is finalized. Early check in or late check out with a fee only if available ($30 per hour) . Late check without pre-approval will be $100 fee per 30 minutes.
3) We have a very strict No Large Gathering, Events or Party Policy. The only guests allowed on property for the entire duration of your stay are the people registered on the reservation and rental agreement (or those agreed upon prior to the beginning of your stay). Unfortunately, anything’s beyond that might lead to a forfeiture of the remainder of your stay and rental payment.

Check in was easy. Communication was easy. It's a quiet area, so probably no true concern for break ins, but only thing to suggest- the front door needs to be adjusted. The double door is nice, but the one side barely latches. Kitchen was well equipped with all needs. Small dorm fridge can be used. Extra blankets in closet and iron with board. Water pressure in the shower, and also sinks was pretty low. Heads up. Great location close to all amenities. Most we traveled for anything was 15 mins. Most of the electrical outlets are in the kitchen. None by bed. Overall for price stay was great. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The studio was everything advertised. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Loved the coffee nook with the inspirational coffee quote. Safe off the street parking. There was a minor hiccup with the another renter and the host reached out to me immediately to ensure the matter was resolved. I was in town for Dallas Cowboys Thanksgiving Day game and the location was perfect about 10 minute drive to the stadium yet far from the hustle and bustle in a quiet residential neighborhood. The best of both worlds

It was very spacious for 2 people. Very much accommodating. Parking was a squeeze and you could hear the other tenants in the building. Not a big deal. Was a very good place to stay for the weekend.
