IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ:
LINENS: Bring sheets and pillowcases (basic bedding including mattress cover, pillows, and blanket are provided, sheets and pillowcases are not).
TOWELS: Bring bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels, pool towels (no towels are provided).
PAPER GOODS: Bring paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, coffee filters. Your kitchen is equipped with dinnerware, silverware, drinking glasses, and basic cookware, but you may want to bring paper plates, plastic cups, and plastic ware.
We will provide a list of additional "what to bring" items after your booking payment is received.

We enjoyed our stay very much at the Sterling Lodge. Very convenient to where we wanted to be near the Frio. Sterling Lodge was easy to access and easy to find. There was more than enough room for all 14 of us. There was more room if we would have needed it. The kitchen was adequately stocked. The house was clean and the pool was ready for the kids to enjoy right away. I have water babies that loved every minute of it. We had deer and birds around all the time. We made smores in the fireplace outside the first night we were there and enjoyed that so much. There was so much furniture out by the pool and on the back porch you never needed to locate a seat to sit. Great times were had. I would stay here again.

Perfect place for our group of 10 moms. We each have our own bed (no bunks), the location is perfect, and the space is great! It’s been our second time out to the same house, and it was perfect, again!

Enjoyed our time at Sterling’s Lodge for the second time. Great location a has almost everything we needed making it very convenient. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. Perfect for family and friends trip with kids of all ages.

What an amazing place! Beautiful and comfortable!
We floated the river and then swam at the house in the evenings, bbq’d, played washers horseshoes and volleyball
