About this house rental
Spectacular new 3 story 6 bedroom beachfront home located in gated, community with private 70’ dock complete with jet ski ramp, water and shore power. Amazing views of ocean and harbor from all rooms. Vaulted ceiling in living room with glass wall that opens to infinity pool and heated infinity spa. Pool area is surrounded by large covered and uncovered decks.
The large fully equipped kitchen features 48” double oven, 6 burner stove and grill, 2 refrigerators including duel temperature wine fridge and commercial ice maker. There is also an outdoor covered cooking area off kitchen with 80” tv and large sitting area. Main floor master has a glass wall with electric blinds facing ocean and luxurious en-suite.
Spacious family room on second floor overlooking the ocean features slate pool table, wet bar with ice maker, fridge, and 90” tv with Sonos home theater system. There are 2 master bedrooms on second floor with spacious en-suites and private decks. Both with spectacular views of ocean and harbor and electric blinds. Third level has 3 additional master suites all with large en-suites. 2 of these suites have separate dressing rooms with double sofa beds. All rooms have amazing elevated fire of ocean, beach and harbor.
The property is walking distance from several great restaurants and is surrounded by Greg Norman’s pga golf course (emerald bay). There are no other houses on the private 1 mile stretch of private beach which the house is situated on. There is also a spectacular public beach with plenty of activities just a 5 minute walk from the property.
Other amenities include Sonos sound system in all living and dining areas and pool deck, laundry room and large second level sun deck with glass railings.

The property location cannot be beat. The view is absolutely gorgeous, with easy beach access and calm, protected water in front of the house thanks to a small island, making snorkeling enjoyable without heavy waves or currents. When not on the beach, the pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing while watching and listening to the ocean. The small bungalow closer to the water was also a wonderful spot for an afternoon nap with the sound of the ocean.The house itself is large, spacious, and has beautiful views from every room. Each bedroom had a comfortable bathroom and its own split AC unit. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and there were plenty of separate areas throughout the house for a group to spread out, so it never felt cramped.That said, the upkeep was not what I would expect at this price point. The master bedroom smelled moldy, likely due to water accumulation in the walls. I had to buy air fresheners to mask the smell. There appeared to be a leak from the upper AC condensation lines, as the drywall was soft to the touch and the paint was bubbling, beyond normal condensation from heat and humidity. The AC worked, but the LED screen could not be put into sleep mode, leaving a bright light on all night. Other maintenance issues included unsecured doorknobs and general wear that should be addressed.Overall, the location, views, beach, pool, and layout are excellent, but the home needs better maintenance to match the price point.

House was amazing. Great setup on the back porch for all day lounging at the pool. On a nice point by itself but right around the corner from the resort if you need to pick anything up or go golfing. Greg was super responsive and gave us a great experience. Highly recommend!

The owner was very responsive and helpful! The area was very secure and safe. There is easy access to Grand Isle Resort with great restaurants. There are beautiful views from every level of the house!

We stayed at Harbor Beach Villa in Great Exuma and absolutely loved it. Our family of 10 fit perfectly in the six-bedroom home, and the separate mother-in-law suite was a great bonus. The golf carts made getting around easy and fun, and the private dock was truly clutch.Our host, Greg, was exceptional—gracious, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Communication was seamless, and his welcome site is outstanding, packed with useful information and trusted local contacts for activities, dining, and logistics.Exuma itself is a beautiful, special place with wonderful people and a rich local culture. We highly recommend treating yourself to a private chef dinner with Chef Ann—it was a highlight of the trip. For fishing, book a bonefishing trip with Reno, and for jet skis, Splash Zone Watersports delivered directly to the house, which was incredibly convenient.Overall, this was a fantastic experience from start to finish. You’ll love this house—and Exuma even more.
