The apartment is located in the center of Venice, near the Campo San Giacomo dall'Orio one of the most typical and charming squares of the city.
In the historical center, near Rialto and other major attractions, is within easy walking distance from the railway station from the bus, or ferry through at Riva de Blasio, located a short walk from the apartment.
The rooms, recently restored, are large (21mq) and are bright with two large windows overlooking a typical street. It can accommodate two or three people in comfort and is equipped with a double bed with the possibility of adding a third bed.A corner with a sofa, also will welcome you for your moments of relaxation.
The apartment is equipped with TV, internet access wi-fi, heating, air conditioning. You can use the kitchen for meals.Ideally located Very peacefulIdeally located..

We really enjoyed the location of this apartment. We arrived on the Alilaguna and it was a short walk to the apartment and when we left thru Piazzale Roma, it was also a short walk. There were nearby restaurants and most attractions were less than 20 minutes walking. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Gian Maria gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and a gondola ride and was always very quick to respond. We really liked have a door code to enter instead of keys so everyone could come and go as they pleased. I would stay here again!

Clear communication throughout the whole reservation process. Amazing flat, plenty of room. The flat was extremely clean and comfortable. The host provided recommendations for local fare and gondolas. The host was very responsive and it was a great stay. Highly recommend!

Central location (family of five walked over from the train station and walked to the bus stop for the airport and the kids didn't complain once!)
