This spacious 1 bedroom 1 story Barn was converted in 2017, transforming it into an ideal luxurious relaxing getaway for couples. The barn has underfloor heating throughout, and the bedroom is fitted with integrated air-conditioning, making if perfect retreat for any season.
The Barns at High Park were originally built in the late 1800's and are situated in the heart of the North Devon coastline. It offers easy access to beaches, moors, coastal path walks, cycle paths, golf courses, horticultural gardens, children friendly fun parks, and many other traditional outdoor and indoor recreational activities for those seeking a truly relaxing, yet active, break away from the stresses of day-to-day life.
High Park Barns has a secure, purpose-built 1 acre dog exercise field located on site. Designed with safety, freedom, and fun in mind, our fully enclosed field, with 1.8m high fencing, offers dogs the perfect space to run, play, and train off-lead in a safe and private environment. The dog field is open daily in the morning and evening for staying guests at no cost. Additional time can be booked during the day.
The barn is situated with 14 acres of private land. Within the grounds is a shared indoor swimming pool and hot-tub, and large natural lake featuring stunning vegetation and decked terrace.
This barn features a solid oak super king bed in the master bedroom, all new solid oak furniture, airconditioning, leather sofas, LED lighting and underfloor heating.
The barn has access to four 7.2kW electric vehicle (EV) destination chargers.
The barn is dog friendly, and you are welcome to bring them at £25 per dog per week or part thereof.

My wife, Labrador and I enjoyed a lovely week in Molesworth Barn despite not having the best weather.
It’s well located to visit the many natural attractions along this special rugged coastline and beautiful beaches.
The barn was in great condition and nothing was too much trouble for the owners who were more than happy to help out with advice and options of places to visit and dog walks.
The fabulous swimming pool and hot tub was the real icing on the cake especially as the organisation enabled us to have plenty of time exclusively to ourselves-not the dog!
All considered a brilliant week. We would thoroughly recommend.

We loved our stay at Molesworth Barn. It was spacious, clean, quiet, well equipped, comfortable. Basically the perfect stay! Brilliant that we could charge our electric car overnight too. Very convenient location near to large supermarkets but tucked away down a quiet country lane.

Location: perfect. You have everything you need at your door step. From super markets to pubs. Beach is less than 10 min drive away.
Super dog friendly: there is a fenced off dog field, a little lake and access to several gardens.
Heated pool and hot tube facility was phenomenal. We got to have a private evening swim with the lights. Just what we needed to unwind.
Host was very welcoming and accommodating. Informed us when bookings left the property so we could enjoy the pool area.
Overall it was an amazing stay and we will 100% be booking again.

We had a good stay, unit is well equipped, comfortable and clean. The swimming pool is a great extra and the timetable system works well. The hot tub is a disappointment however as it was set to a lower temperature than we would like and jets didn't have much power either. Walls are quite thin too between units which isn't something we are used to. Hosts are very friendly and helpful, booking and check in process straightforward. Good location in the countryside and close to coast and amenities although the access road is challenging and busier than you'd expect.
