2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, and carport. Walking distance from the town square. Front porch that is perfect for a relaxing evening, listening to the famous folk music being played on most weekend nights. Centrally located, great for seeing all Mountain View has to offer. Such as the Ozark Folk Center, the Blanchard Springs Caverns, and the beautiful White River.

The house needs a deep cleaning. It looked like it hadnt been stayed in for awhile. It stinks too.Really need to get rid of the smell when you enter. Overall its condition was disappointing.
