Aces High is a brand new construction 7 bedroom home located directly on 30A in the heart of Seagrove. This home features a private heated pool and deeded private beach access directly across the street, located South of 30A, across from Cypress Grove Ln. Upon entering the home there are two king bedrooms and one queen bedroom, each with their own private bathroom. The second floor opens up to the main living area as well as the kitchen and dining area. The master bedroom is also located on the second floor. The remaining three bedrooms with private baths are located on the third floor.

This house is great. We would rent it again for sure! Great location to the beach. Literally minutes to walk across the street and across the walkway to be there. Convenient to rent chairs and umbrellas from the vendor. Bedroom sizes are good, loved having the elevator for bringing supplies in and out and for a few in our party. Very convenient!Here are a few things we noticed that would make the stay even better-2nd refrigerator is needed for a large party.One of the 2nd floor king bedrooms needs a night tableHooks needed in the bathrooms for towels Kitchen could use a large nonstick frying pan and larger coffee cupsExtra blankets would be nice.More beach towels and fobsHangers that can be moved to all rails. One bedroom had none for top rail and to few for dress sideNeed to add “lounge” chairs by the pool, there are only straight chairs and those are aging out; as is the wooden table and chair set. New set needed.But still overall, great accommodations!

We had an amazing time staying at aces high. The house was clean, well equipped and plenty of space for everyone. The rooms are well laid out with comfortable beds and bedding. I would highly recommend staying in this location as it is centrally, located to all the cute little towns up and down 30A. The beach access was awesome, Right across the street. Our own private pool was an extra bonus and the we enjoyed using it daily. Communication was 10 stars. Very responsive and easy to get a hold of at any moment which we really didn’t have to because there were no issues. I would highly recommend staying in this beautiful property.

We stayed at the beautiful Aces High property for a girls MahJong weekend. The house fit our needs perfectly! It was as described and then some. My favorite thing about the house, besides how beautiful it was, was the elevator and the comfortable bedding and bath towels. We did walk down to the beach and it was easily accessible. The host was very attentive and seemed to care that we had a good time.
