About this villa rental
Villa "Sirmione Lakefront" is located in Sirmione and offers stunning views of Lake Garda and the nearby beach. This elegant two-story property features a living room, a fully equipped modern kitchen, 5 bedrooms (3 with double beds, 2 with a single bed each), and 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, air conditioning, coffee machine, dishwasher, and washing machine. You will also have access to a private sauna, gym, and fitness equipment.
Outdoors, enjoy a large pool with whirlpool function, garden, spacious covered poolside terraces, a professional grill, outdoor shower, and a balcony. The pool can be heated upon request with four days’ notice and host confirmation; this service is available for an extra fee.
The property is a short walk from the beach and public transport. There are 6 parking spaces in a large garage. Families with children are welcome. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Parties or events of any kind are strictly prohibited. The property is step-free and has an elevator. There is also storage for motorcycles and bicycles.
Waste separation guidelines are provided. The villa features water and energy-saving devices, and part of the electricity comes from solar panels. Please observe quiet hours from 11:00 pm to 9:00 am and 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Any outside guests must be reported to management.

The property is large and beautiful with an amazing pool which we did not use due to it being a bit chilly but it was still enjoyable sitting outside and having that as part of the overall beautiful scenery. The location is on a beautiful part of Lake Garda. It is a quiet location, not congested with beautiful views of the Lake. It is walking distance to some very good restaurants with one of them right next door. The house was comfortable and well secured. There is a small washer but no dryer so be prepared to hang your clothes out to dry, the WIFIt continued to be very weak, so streaming was not possible and at times could not access the internet, all other amenities were adequate. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and would stay there again when the opportunity arises.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Sirmione with a group of 8 (5 adults and 3 children aged 10). The property was spotlessly clean, spacious, and exceptionally well appointed. We especially appreciated the chef’s kitchen, multiple air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuites, and the convenience of a laundry.The large outdoor space was perfect for relaxing and enjoying meals together, and the shared facilities were a huge bonus. Our group loved the large swimming pool and access to e-bikes. The home is ideally located just steps from a public park and the lake, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area.Our host was friendly, responsive, and made us feel very welcome, providing us with local recommendations. We would highly recommend this property to groups large and small!
