About this house rental
First Floor Description.
Bright sun filed great room, open floor plan with cathedral ceilings. Living room, dinning area, fireplace, custom commercial kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. First floor Master bedroom with walk in closet and private bath. First floor - built-in bunk with private bath off kitchen. First floor tv room / office with television, desktop, high-speed Internet throughout, enclosed glass pocket french doors for private office use. First floor power room.
Second floor sleeps six.
Two addition bedrooms.; King bedroom and Queen bedroom, both share sizable bathroom with tub / shower. Second floor open sleeping loft with twin beds. Please note the sleeping loft does not have a door. The bathroom is well appointed with double sinks, stone countertops, stone floors and glass enclosed shower / bathtub.
Amenities:
Antique oak floors throughout the house, quality linens, china , crystal and Baccarat glasses, extensive art collection, Yamaha piano, air-conditioned, ceiling fans throughout. Flat screen televisions. Large sunny deck off great room, teak lounge chairs, exterior dinning table, outdoor sofa set, umbrellas, gas grill, outdoor shower.
Careful screening of potential tenants is necessary. A five thousand dollar security deposit is required. Any breach of this agreement (including occupancy or unauthorized pets) will result in a total loss of the security deposit.
Pets must be approved by the owner in writing. There is a non negotiable pet fee of $500.00.This fee is necessary to support the extensive cleaning between guests, the cleaning of all of the upholstery on a regular basis and repair to lawn.

We were so happy with our visit to this beautiful home on Nantucket for a wedding. Property was immaculate, home was very tastefully decorated, kitchen held every thing that you could possibly need. The extra touches of soap, tissues, paper towels etc made the need to rush out to the grocery store right away a little less necessary. Maureen was attentive and accommodating to our every need. Location was great…we were able to walk into town, to beaches etc within 15 mins yet felt we were a little out of the busier downtown area. Thank you Maureen….we will be back!!
