The apartment can be found in Granville Point, a converted victorian hotel sitting above Ilfracombe but still only a short 5 minute walk to the variety of Ilfracombe restaurants, bars and cafes. The luxury apartment boasts 3 balconies to ensure the best uninterrupted views at any time of day, breakfast in the sun with views of the Capstone down to the harbour, enjoy the sunset looking out across the Bristol Channel and beyond to Wales. An open plan, spacious and modern apartment. The spectacular views can be fully appreciated from either of the two "turreted" hexagonal spaces within the open plan living area. There are 2 generous sized bedrooms with the master having en-suite and sea view, both bedrooms having direct access to balconies.

The most amazing property with the best view I’ve ever stayed in. Spectacular views from every window in the apartment overlooking the town and sea.Very clean, spacious and everything you could possibly need. Our stay was 3 nights and gave us plenty of time to see the area. Walking distance to town, restaurants and walking tracks.You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

Wonderful stay. Diane was very helpful and replied quickly to messages. The accommodation was beautiful, perfectly clean and tidy and those views were incredible. Would definitely return in the future
