Holidays at Etienne combine tranquillity, architecture and art into a special experience.
On the sunny south-facing slope of Wildhaus, you spend your time out in an extraordinary architect-designed house that fits harmoniously into the hillside. The entrance door is at street level, from where the 6.5-room holiday home extends over two storeys downwards. Each room tells its own story with carefully selected art, harmonious colours and great attention to detail, creating a personal atmosphere for relaxed holiday days.
At 170 square metres, up to eight people have plenty of space for holidays together with family or friends. Four bedrooms with a total of five beds – three double beds and two queen-size beds – ensure restful nights. The fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and comprehensive kitchen equipment makes cooking together uncomplicated. Four bathrooms, three of which have a bathtub, offer plenty of comfort even when fully occupied. After an active day in nature, the private sauna invites you to relax. Terrace and garden provide space for pleasant hours outdoors and shared barbecue evenings. WiFi, TV, DVD player and central heating complete the living comfort.
The village centre, the bus stop and a supermarket are about 240 metres away. You can reach the valley station of the Wildhaus ski areas after about 1.2 kilometres. Altenrhein airport is also within easy reach. A pet is welcome upon request.

Spacious, well stocked, nice sauna, well situated.
Amazing view from the terrace, great for barbeque and relaxing.
Small TV with little options - great for detoxing the kids off the screens!
Useful information left for guests in English.
We really enjoyed our stay!
While all is clean and functional, the rooms and bathrooms could do with a renovation.
The kitchen is well stocked, but not all pots/pans/coffee maker are compatible with induction plate. A microwave could be a useful addition.

Stilvolles, weit überwiegend gemütlich und grosszügig eingerichtetes Haus mit bemerkenswerter Bibliothek und rasch warmer Sauna für vier Doppelbetten drei Badezimmer mit Wanne ausladender Balkon trotz Strassennähe bei geschlossenen Fenstern und Läden fasts absolute Ruhe sowie gute Verdunkelbarkeit der Schlafzimmer.
Dem Schlafzimmer im mittleren Stock fehlt eine Türe zur Bibliothek mit dem Fernseher der Fernseher funktionierte nicht die Essecke ist zu wenig hell beleuchtet im Wohnbereich hängt ein etwas unguter, nicht zu vertreibender Geruch das grosser Schlafzimmer im obersten und jenes im untersten Stock wirken etwas gar nüchtern.
