Communication from host was excellent both before check-in and at the end of checkout. There was no need for communication in between because we were able to figure out the property pretty quickly and directions were provided that made everything smooth getting settled in and checking out. I know stunning views from high up are well loved by many people, but having a walk-through unit is literally one of the best decisions our family has ever made in vacationing at the beach. But even this unit was an absolute standout. We thoroughly enjoyed our proximity to really everything that we needed for dining, shopping, and entertainment for us and our two boys ages 13 and 14. We watched the moonrise from the beach and also fireworks at the pier, and just being at the beach every day, it was so easy to come and go as we needed. Plus, the host provided numerous beach amenities and it was so nice not having to purchase them. And of course, the fresh flowers were such a nice touch and lasted our entire stay. Thank you, Mike and family for being such wonderful hosts!!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. We loved being on the first floor within steps to the 2 pools and beach. The rooms were great and everything we needed was there. We enjoyed watching the fireworks on the pier from our pool area. Great location and great place to vacation!

Loved the fact that basic supplies were available in the condo upon arrival. It is nice to not have to rush out after a long day of travel. Location to pool and beach access is awesome!

We enjoyed our stay at Summer Place 104, but we did experience some issues that we wished we would have known beforehand. The guest toilet does not function properly (and the owner said that was normal), the dishwasher smelled like burning plastic when it was running (so we hand washed all of the dishes), the ice maker did not make or dispense ice, and the vent piece above the microwave would fall off fairly often (mostly when someone was standing under it). The location of the condo is fantastic and very easily accessible. I just wish I would have been warned of the above issues instead of having to figure them out once we arrived.
